Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly request you to RSVP by August 14th.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 1pm. Please arrive 30 minutes early to make sure you (and your chair) are situated in a comfortable spot!

Question

B.Y.O.C... Really?

Answer

Yes, really! We love the idea of everyone having a camping chair for the ceremony. There are picnic tables at the rec area so you don't have to worry about balancing dinner on your lap. A kind request for our local Kingman friends: if you have an extra camping chair we would greatly appreciate if you could bring it as we do have multiple out of state guests coming and it may be hard for them to haul one on a plane. We will also do our best to provide extras! Thank you for helping make our day so special.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

As much as we would love everyone to have a plus one, we have allotted a certain amount of guests to bring a date. When you RSVP it will inform you if a plus one is included for your invitation.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we would prefer kids to not attend, we understand that emergencies happen and babysitters are expensive. If you do need to bring your children, please let us know as soon as possible so we can accommodate them. Please know that there will be alcoholic beverages and some explicit music playing during the reception time. Breastfeeding children are welcome.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Hualapai Mountain Park is a huge campground with RV spots, tent camping (dry camping) and cabins! The bridal party will be staying in a cabin for the weekend, and we have a few guests who have already mentioned renting a camping spot/cabin. Close by in a separate area of the park is Hualapai Mountain Lodge. This is more of a motel type of accommodation that is just a few minutes up the road! In town in Kingman there are multiple hotels such as the Days Inn, La Quinta and Home2 Suites. Kingman is also situated along Historic Route 66 and offers many "boutique" motels. We have heard good things about the Ramblin' Rose!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking on site at the rec area.

Question

Where and when are the ceremony and reception?

Answer

This is a one stop wedding! Both the ceremony and reception will be held in Hualapai Mountain Park, Rec Area 1.
