We met while working at Applebee's in Auburn. We worked together for a while before actually dating. During that time, we became friends and talked almost daily. Danny took the opportunity to ask me out for a drive one day and we just drove up past Nevada City and just kept driving until we got lost. After stopping on the side of the road and hiking up a hill on ranch property, we secretly both knew this was something special. We drove home as the sun was setting and a hailstorm began. We held hands the whole drive home. This was just the very beginning of our love story. In June of 2012, Danny told me he loved me on top of the same mountain that he proposed. In August of 2016, we made the decision to buy our first home together! From working together till now, we have made so many memories, gone on so many trips, and have set the groundwork for an amazing life together. We have been looking forward to this day for a long time, and we are so excited to celebrate with you.
