COVID-19 Update

We are very excited to tie the knot on August 22nd with so many of our closest friends and family! In the current state of the world, we feel it is important to note the details of the evening and our plans moving forward. We are expecting about 200 individuals in a venue with a capacity of 400 to attend at this point in time. We will be working closely with our venue to establish the safest practices as the state of the virus evolves. Currently, we plan to host both the wedding and reception indoors. The venue has plenty of outdoor space to mingle and spread out as needed preceding and following the ceremony. Here are a few precautions we are taking to ensure the health of our guests: • Hand sanitizers will be available • Guests are welcome to wear a mask • The ceremony and reception will be held in the same room. While the ceremony space is being transformed into the reception layout, guests will be directed outdoors. Guest will be directed back inside to their tables where they will be released to the bar table by table. We would, of course, love to have everybody together to celebrate our marriage with us. However, we are entirely understanding of any health concerns that might interfere with one’s ability to attend. We ask all individuals who experience a fever or other symptom of illness within two weeks of the wedding to stay home and help ensure the safety of others. We would also like to ask all guests to quarantine to the best of their ability for the 14 days leading up to the wedding in respect of those attending. We will continue to be as transparent as possible as we near August 22nd and adapt to this changing environment. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out. Thank you to everybody for your love and support!
