4:30 Ceremony Begins
5:00 Stay Close for Official Pictures!
5:30-6:30 Cocktail Hour UPSTAIRS (veggies and ranch, hummus and pretzels)
6:30-7:30 Come downstairs and find your assigned table, then Visit the Yats Buffet (Maque shoux, drunken chicken, chili cheese etouffee, white rice, buttered baguette bread)!
7:30 Cake Cutting (Pumpkin cake with caramel filling and buttercream frosting)
7:45 First Dance
8:00-10:00 Dance and have fun!

We will be serving buffet style Yats Cajun Creole. This consists of your choice of Maque Shoux, Drunken Chicken, or Chili Cheese Etouffee with Crawfish - they are all served over white rice with a side of cajun buttered baguette bread. We will also have wedding cake, soft drinks, water, beer, wine, and Mike's Hard Lemonade.
