Will guests be required to wear masks?

Answer

Yes, we will kindly ask all guests to wear masks when social distancing is not possible. We will have masks available for anyone who did not bring one with them.

Will guests be in an enclosed area during the wedding?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will be held in a large open air amphitheater. There will be sufficient room for all guests to reposition chairs to distance from non household members. The cocktail hour will also be held outside in the gardens and guests will be asked to wear masks when interacting with other guests and maintain social distance whenever possible. The dinner will be in a large enclosed space (4264 sq.ft). Some guests will be seated outside on the covered wrap around patios. If you would like the outdoor seating option please indicate so when you RSVP online. We are looking at options to minimize the time our guests spend in this enclosed area by moving the dancing outside if weather permits. What other steps will be taken to reduce contact spread of the virus?

Answer

We kindly ask all guests to use alternative ways of greeting each other versus hugging and kissing i.e. waving. Hand sanitizers will be available for all guests to use. All servers/bartenders etc. will wear masks and gloves. No communal serving utensils will be used.

We are discussing this option with our videographer and will post updates here once we have an answer.
