Our ceremony will start shortly after 4pm, so please plan to arrive by then.
Normally we'd say the more the merrier, but in this case, only the guests included in your invitation are able to attend. We're looking forward to celebrating with those closest to us!
We are unable to accommodate children at our wedding due to venue restrictions around alcohol. While we love your little ones, we hope you'll take a night off from the kids and enjoy the night with us!
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. Dinner and the reception will be covered, but is still largely open to the outdoors. There can be a chilly ocean breeze once the sun goes down, so we recommend a light jacket or covering for the evening just in case.
We'd love for our guests to dress up for this special day with us! Semi-formal attire will fit perfectly with our scenic, beachfront venue. We won't be having a wedding party, so no need to worry about avoiding any particular colors (except white, of course). Importantly, we want you to feel comfortable, confident, and ready to have a fun time! As noted above, you may want a light jacket or sweater for the evening as we are very close to the water.
We'll have a taco bar for dinner with plenty of options to choose from. To help in our planning, please let us know in your RSVP if you or anyone included in your invitation requires a vegetarian meal. Unfortunately our caterer cannot accommodate vegan options, but many of the options are gluten-free.
An open bar will be available during cocktail hour and the reception. A selection of beer, wine, seltzers, and non-alcoholic beverages will be available.
For guests who live or are staying locally in Santa Barbara, we strongly encourage you to use a rideshare (especially if you plan on drinking). Free street parking is available in the surrounding area, but can be limited. Paid public parking is available next to our venue at the Santa Barbara Visitor Center until 10pm. The ceremony and reception are in the same location, so you won't need to travel between the two.
We recognize that Santa Barbara is a popular tourist destination (particularly in October). Hotel prices can range greatly and we wanted to ensure that our guests had flexibility to stay where they wanted if they planned to stay overnight in town. There are dozens of hotels nearby to the venue if you want to be within walking distance. You can also find options throughout Santa Barbara and even into Goleta if preferred. Wherever you choose to stay, we encourage you to book as soon as possible, as some hotels do fill up well in advance!
While largely outdoors, this is a City venue. This means smoking tobacco or marijuana products (including vaping) is prohibited. We appreciate your cooperation with this rule
