Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Garden Party Cocktail!! In other words, this means colorful mid-length to long dresses for the ladies and jackets, button up and pants (with optional ties) for the gentlemen. We also ask that all ladies steer away from colors traditionally reserved for the bride such as whites, ivories, and creams! Instead, opt for bright colors, prints, and fun designs of the dresses - we can't wait to see what you come up with :) For ideas, here is a pinterest board to base your outfit on! https://pin.it/48Lt8YD24 * PLEASE no jeans, tennis shoes, tshirts or polos!! Instead opt for a button down shirt and khakis or dress pants!

Question

Will I be able to take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

As we have found an incredible photographer and videographer to capture our day, we will be enforcing a phone/camera free ceremony. This not only allows for everyone to be fully present for such a special occasion, but this also maintains the sacred nature of a religious ceremony. While we want to maintain the sacred integrity of the ceremony, we invite you to take as many pictures of the reception as you can and share them with us on our photo share app that will be provided at the reception!

Question

Can I bring a +1/date?

Answer

Due to the nature of our more intimate celebration, we are not allowing +1's unless formally invited. If you are given a +1, it will be listed on your invitation and RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We are asking that all guests RSVP, including those who cannot attend, by September 25th, 2025. Due to the importance in accuracy of this information, any invited guests who have not responded by this date will be marked as "not attending" and you will be sorely missed! We hope you understand.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The wedding mass will start promptly at 2:30 P.M. so we ask that all of our guests are seated at least 15 minutes in advance. All guests that arrive late will be asked to wait outside of the church so as to not disrupt the ceremony. If this happens, feel free to attend the reception beginning at 4:30!

Question

What time does the cocktail hour/reception begin?

Answer

We will officially be starting the cocktail hour at 4:30! You will only have about an hour in between the end of the mass and the beginning of the cocktail hour to arrive, so please consider timing to make sure you make it to the reception on time before we serve food/do our entrances.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love all the kiddos, we ask that our guests only bring children listed on the invitations.

Question

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Yes, we invite you to share a toast with us with a drink offered at our open bar! We will have plenty of options for all tastes. Though this is a celebration, we expect our guests to drink responsibly and make the necessary arrangements to do so - including, but not limited to, hotel arrangements, pre-scheduled Uber rides, and other transportation options. That being said, you may leave your cars at the venue until 11:59 A.M. the next day so please be sure to make the safest decisions on travel plans if you decide to drink!

Question

Will all the music be family friendly?

Answer

All of the music being played at the wedding will be family friendly up until 8:30. From there, we will be playing more music that we heard throughout high school and college, to include songs with foul language and PG-13-R -rated content. Please plan for this in terms of transportation if needed and do not feel bad about leaving early if you need to put your little ones (or yourself) to bed early :) <3
