When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by February 29, 2024. As this is a destination wedding, we will need to reserve enough rooms in our discounted room block and the sooner we know how many guests to expect, the sooner we can block off those rooms and reserve the best discounted prices for you all.

How do we book our stay?

Answer

Please see Travel page for the link and instructions for booking a room in our reserved room block. Our wedding planner and travel agent work with the hotel and this is the only way that you can book a room at our discounted rates and in our room blocks. Please DO NOT use any other travel agency, third party booking website, or book with the hotel. Our link should have the best rates and the most options to book your stay.

Will you provide airport transportation?

Answer

Yes! Our wedding and travel agent will be providing round trip airport transfers for our guests. Please see our Travel page and click on the Destination Weddings link for more details and to provide flight information and coordinate your transportation. If you have already booked your stay, you can email Lisa Johnson directly (her information is also on the Travel page).

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our Wedding Ceremony and Cocktail Hour will be outside but our reception will be indoors. While Mexico weather is beautiful, air conditioning is always preferred for eating and dancing!
