How do we get there?

Answer

Shuttle service will be provided to and from the Courtyard by Marriott Waterloo St. Jacobs and the venue. All shuttles will depart from and return to the Courtyard. We encourage you to take advantage of this service. There are also two additional hotels listed on the Travel page that are located directly across the street from the Courtyard, making it easy to walk over and catch the shuttle. However, if you are not staying at the hotel and are driving there is a large parking lot at the venue. Cars can be left overnight! Please keep in mind that Uber or Lyfts may not be able to accommodate so many people leaving at once.

Is there a hotel block?

We have obtained discount codes that are subject to availability at the following hotels: Courtyard by Marriott Waterloo St. Jacobs Homewood Suites Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Waterloo St. Jacobs To book your room at our special group rate, please visit the link on the travel page. A large conference will be taking place the same weekend as our wedding, along with several other weddings in the area. We kindly recommend booking your accommodations as soon as possible to ensure availability. After-parties are encouraged.

Yes, the drinks are on us and the hangover is on you - get ready to party!

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

If you will be receiving a plus one, your guest's name will be listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding an intimate event with close friends and family.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our guests dress up! Keep in mind the ceremony/cocktail hour will be held on the grass - you may want to rethink stilettos!

Are my kids invited?

We decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event, with the exception of the little ones in our wedding party.
