What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We are providing shuttle services for our guests to and from the venue on the wedding day. The shuttle will leave from and drop off at the Hilton Garden Inn Temecula (this is the hotel we have reserved blocks for). Shuttles will pick up guests at 3:30 pm, and shuttles will be departing from the wedding site at 9:45pm, with the possibility of an earlier departure for families or those who need to leave earlier.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is a large parking lot for guest's at the venue. There is limited cell phone reception at the venue, so if you plan on using a ride share service we recomend booking it ahead of time.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, accommodations can be made, please contact Danny or Bre as soon as possible so they can communicate with catering!

What is the dress code for the wedding ceremony on Saturday?

Answer

Cocktail attire is encouraged! The entire event will be outdoors, September weather in this area averages 82 degrees during the day and 62 degrees at night, sun sets around 7:15pm.
