Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

If you received a plus one, they'll appear on your invitation as well as under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate evening with close family and friends.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your kids, this will be an adults-only event, unless your children or family was listed on the invite. Thank you for understanding!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We'd love to have our family and friends dress up with us! We're requesting a formal attire for our wedding. Ladies can wear cocktail, midi, or floor length dresses. Gentlemen can wear a suit and tie. No jeans please!

What is the Welcome Party?

Answer

The grooms parents will be hosting a pre-wedding event which will include small bites and cocktail drinks! This is meant to be a fun gathering that kicks off the weekend of wedding celebrations! All guests who are invited to the ceremony and reception are invited to the Welcome Party! There is parking at the Hewing Hotel as well as street and ramp parking nearby. We ask that guests dress in dressy casual attire.

Where will the ceremony & reception be taking place?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be taking place at the Glass House. Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside in the venues courtyard. The reception will be held inside with access to the courtyard throughout the evening.

Is there parking?

Answer

The Glass House has limited parking for guests at the venue and does not allow overnight parking. There is additional parking on the street as well as the Minneapolis Farms Market parking lot which is a couple blocks from the venue. We suggest that guests use Uber or Lyft as all hotels are less than a mile from the venue.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and find your seat.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We hired a professional photographer to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes! there is a ramp available for entering the venue as well as the courtyard area.

What if I can't make it?

Answer

Your presence will surly be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly.
