Melissa Cypher

Maid of Honor

Hi, I am Melissa! Annie and I are going on to 20 years of friendship. For perspective, we made each other's myspace profiles and shared passwords - muffin123. Through various stages of life, living a thousand miles away, and starting families of our own, our friendship has remained a constant. We first met on our high school swim team. Since then, we have gone through high school, college, our crazy 20's, and adulthood side-by-side. As much as we have shared many adventures together, we have spent countless days running menial errands or on a couch watching Dateline. I cannot wait to stand by Annie's side and watch her marry her 2nd favorite person!

I've had a hard time coming up with the words to sum up mine and Annie's friendship. We were living together for 8 years as we grew into the poeple we are today. Through fun times, terrible decisions, broken down vehicles, promotions, heartbreaks, we did it all together. We decided to name my daughter after Annie because there is no better friend or person. God knew I needed her, the sister I never had. Congratulations Dan, you've got yourself a 1 in a million girl!

Hi, I am Maggie! Annie became one of my best friends in college; although, I have known of her for years competing against each other on our respective small town swim teams. She didn't know me, but I really looked up to her even back then. She was older than me, a fast swimmer, and friends with the coaches. How much cooler can you get?! Fast forward to Canisius where we made the most of an empty campus the summer we became roommates. We have been attached at the hip ever since. Our chlorine-fried hair gave us the same curls, and sometimes people would think we were sisters (I LOVED that, still do). Whether it is floating the river, African lion safariing, dancing to Beyonce, or travelling the California coast, Annie is always down for an adventure. I can't wait to be by her side as she starts this newest adventure!

Hi, my name is Meg! I met Annie at the "world-famous" Hamburg Casino where we bartended together. I trained her and we have been glued to the hip ever since. You may recognize my husband as one of the groomsmen. Together, we take credit for introducing Dan and Annie. My future plan is to steal Annie from her job to become my coworker so that we are never separated. I am very excited for the newlyweds to be!

Hi, I'm Katie a friend of Annies. I met Annie through Meg (another bridesmaid). Annie and I share many common interests such as; hiking, kayaking, going to concerts, and just plain old fun. Our adventures together throughout the years has drawn us close. Oh, and we live in the same house, making it easy for us to hangout on a regular basis. I am honored to be a part of Annie's big day and can't wait to see what the future holds for the Dannies!

Hi, I am Elise, Dan's daughter! You can usually find me at my favorite places El Canelo, Doc Sullivan's, or Potter's Field. I have a passion for teaching refugees, my cat Nala, and buttered noodles. I am looking forward to celebrating my dad and Annie! See you all on the dance floor!
