In the center of Islamorada is a vibrant and active downtown neighborhood known as the Morada Way Arts and Culture District. Enjoy a walk or a bite to eat around Islamorada's very own Art District.
Morada Bay is without a doubt, the prettiest sunset and beach in Islamorada. If you don't eat here, at least go have a drink. The food is great and the view spectacular! They will take a reservation if you're staying at The Cheeca or The Moorings, otherwise its first come, first serve.
The Square Grouper- one of our favorite restaurants in Islamorada. It is located in a marina on the bay. It's great lunch and dinner spot. They do not take reservations so try to go on the earlier end. If you have 2 people its fun to sit at the bar.
Ziggies is Dannie and Thomas's favorite restaurant in Islamorada. Amazing martinis, steaks and seafood, the sliders are great too! Ziggys has a great atmosphere, but is not located on the water. They will take an online reservation.
Pierres is located on the same beach as Morada Bay. They offer fine dining and is on the more expensive side. It is nice to have a drink at Morada Bay and go eat at Pierres. They will take a reservation.
The Lorelei offers one of the best sunsets in the Keys. They have bands every night, and offer a casual dinner. We also love eating breakfast and overlooking the water.
Lazy Days is located on the ocean side and is right next door to Bud and Marys Marina where the Welcome Party will be held. Dine on the beach or on the upstairs porch. they are known for their exquisite fish dishes. Try hogfish Lazy Days style or yellowtail meuniere.
A staple here in Islamorada. Fine dining with amazing fish dishes. They will take a reservation and but is not located on the water. A side note, they only serve wine and beer.
The Green Turtle Inn has been an Islamorada landmark since 1947. We love their breakfast and dinner, although it does not have a view of the water.
Located on the bay, The Islamorada Fish Company is a great place for lunch or dinner with a view!
The Island Grill is a good spot for a casual lunch, with a view of the water.
