How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can click the RSVP tab above and RSVP at any time. We have included a paper RSVP with your invitation if you prefer to mail your RSVP back to us.

What if I don’t RSVP in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by December 1, 2025, you will be marked as ‘not attending’. We would love to celebrate with you; however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVPs.

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate ‘will not attend’ on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP’d ‘attending’, but find that you will not make it, please notify Rachel or Danni as soon as you are aware.

Can I bring a date or a plus one?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. ‘Guest’ is indicated on your invitation if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’d love to see our family and friends dress up for our big day. Dress code is cocktail attire. Please, no jeans or colors traditionally reserved for the bride.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 4 o’clock in the afternoon and we ask that you arrive and be in your seat NO LATER THAN 15 minutes before the ceremony starts. You may arrive earlier than 15 minutes before the ceremony starts to allow time park and to find your seat.

What if I am running late?

Answer

Our wedding begins promptly at 4 o’clock in the afternoon. Unfortunately, if you are not seated by then, you will miss the ceremony. You will be welcomed to the cocktail hour and reception.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

You may take photos during the ceremony and reception. We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and kindly ask that you give our photographer space and respect any directives they may give.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held outdoors and the reception will be held in the ballroom. All festivities will take place at Stonebridge Manor. Please keep in mind we will be celebrating in January when the weather is cooler and unpredictable.

How can I contribute to your honeymoon fund?

Answer

The greatest gift of all is your presence on our special day! Should you wish to contribute to our honeymoon, we have a registry tab on our website and a card can be dropped in the card box at the reception.

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be a bar to purchase alcoholic beverages. Soda, water and tea is complementary.

Where should we stay?

Answer

Our venue is located in northeast Mesa AZ. We have decided not to do a hotel block to give our guests the freedom to stay where they feel most comfortable.
