Check out the Market before the wedding on Saturday! A great place to grab breakfast pastries and see Eugene locals. It begins at 10 AM. Eugene's Saturday Market is the oldest weekly open-air crafts festival in the United States. There are 200 booths filled with handmade items and fifteen food booths serving many different types of foods. The Market Stage features live musicians. Two nearby parking structures have free parking and it is a very short walk from the downtown hotels.

The Whiteaker Neighborhood

The Whiteaker Neighborhood

Eugene, OR

This is a funky little neighborhood that hosts many of the local Breweries: Ninkasi (they do tours!), Hop Valley (very nice patio area) and Oakshire (food trucks!). It also is home to many delicious restaurants, including Danni's favorite taco place of all time, Tacovore, Gabe's favorite Whiskey Bar and Japanese restaurant, Izakaya Meiji Company, and their favorite date night restaurant, Grit Kitchen and Wine Bar. Other food highlights: Falling Sky Delicatessen, Pizza Research Institute, Sweet Life Bakery, Blairally Vintage Arcade, Chao Pra Ya Thai, Cornbread Cafe Vegan Comfort Food, and Evergreen Indian. Highly recommended food area!
