What should I wear?

We are encouraging guests to be in Formal Attire (Black Tie Optional). We cannot wait to see everyone dressed up!

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by 9/1/2026. No RSVPs can be accepted after that date. Please plan accordingly.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your invitation says "and Guest," then yes! If not, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. We are sorry for the inconvenience; we wish we could invite everyone!

Although we love your children, we ask that only adults attend unless otherwise indicated on your invitation.

What does parking look like at St. Francis Xavier Church?

Answer

Complimentary parking is available for those who attend the wedding. Please park in the big lot next to the church. St. Francis Xavier Church is handicap accessible.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony at St. Francis Xavier Church?

Answer

Please arrive 30 minutes before. Doors will be open at 4:30pm.

What does parking look like at The Cincinnati Club?

Answer

If you park in the Garfield Garage, please capture a picture of your license plate number before entering The Cincinnati Club. Guests will be asked to share license plate number once entering the building. Free 24 hour parking will be applied to your car after that.

What is the handicap accessibility at The Cincinnati Club?

Answer

If guests do not wish to take the stairs, please park in the Garfield Garage on the 5A Level. The Cincinnati Club can be entered directly from that level.

Are there hotel room blocks available for guests?

Answer

Yes - please check the Travel Page for more information. The hotel is a three minute walk to The Cincinnati Club. Very accessible.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes. An assortment of beer and wine will be provided, as well as two signature drink options. Please drink responsibly and make safe travel plans.

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

All events will take place indoors.

Will there be a time gap between the wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

A 1 hour cocktail hour will take place between the ceremony and reception where you can enjoy drinks, small bites, and good company. This will be located at The Cincinnati Club immediately following the ceremony.

How close is St. Francis Xavier Church to The Cincinnati Club?

Answer

St. Francis Xavier is around a 10 minute walk to The Cincinnati Club. If unable to walk this distance, guests are encouraged to drive and park in the Garfield Garage at The Cincinnati Club. Free 24 hour parking will be applied to your car once entering The Cincinnati Club. Please be sure to capture a picture of your license plate, so The Cincinnati Club can apply the free parking.
