Welcome to our wedding site

Our love story is not your typical love story and of course there are two versions of it, the way I saw it (the real deal), and then his story. Dann and I were set up by our good friend Keziah during our first year of high school. I entered high school not knowing a soul because I came from a Catholic school and so Keziah saw me standing alone in P.E class telling me to hang out with her. Keziah had been friends with Dann since middle school and going behind my back, she bribed Dann with doing his homework to go talk to me and to be my friend . That whole time that I thought him approaching me and asking if I wanted to hang out after school was all by him, but really it was really from a bribe from Keziah , which then led to real feelings. We became inseperable and so much in love where were would talk to each other on the phone for hours until the next day even if one of us were sleeping. He would have me ride on the back of his bike on the pegs to the store because we were still too young to drive. Dann even taught me how to ride the public bus home because I've never ever ridden a bus before and he also biked me home when I lived on a steep hill. We sure did go through that puppy love stage and then on June 20, 2004, Dann asked me to be his girl friend.

And so 13 years had passed , and finally Dann popped the question . Dann had proposed on our baby shower for our second child together. I have always questioned him when he was going to pop the question since years and years ago and he told me I would never expect it . He even told me it could be at the front of the bathroom door of McDonald's and still I would be surprised. Being pregnant and ready to pop a child out, getting engaged was the last thing on my mind and just getting through the baby shower in the 90 degree heat was all I was thinking of . So towards the end of the shower, Dann wanted to open presents and I became confused because we never open presents during the party and always waited until we got home. Well, I was handed the first gift , we open it and thank whoever gave it and then I was handed the second gift which was a box. As I was about to open the box, I noticed everyone taking out their phones and then the song that Dann asked me out to be his girlfriend started to play and I soon started to cry. I opened the box and then there goes Dann on one knee , asking me to marry him ... of course I said yes and then we high fived!
