What is the room pricing?

Below is the pricing for our 3-night wedding room block (Thursday–Sunday) at RIU Aquarelle in Jamaica. Prices listed are the total cost for the full 3-night stay per room, not per night. Partial Ocean View 1 Adult: $848.94 total 2 Adults: $1,170.96 total 3 Adults: $1,668.63 total Ocean View 1 Adult: $900.36 total 2 Adults: $1,241.88 total 3 Adults: $1,769.67 total To secure your room within our wedding block, all payments should be sent to our wedding CashApp. Once payment is received, we will reserve your room with the resort. Please include your name, number of guests, and preferred room type in the CashApp note when sending payment. Rooms will be reserved first come, first served.

What is the payment schedule?

Answer

To reserve your room within our wedding block, the resort requires the following payment schedule: 10% deposit due 14 days after booking to secure your room 80% of the remaining balance due 3 months before the wedding Final 10% due 14 days before the wedding Once your deposit is received, your room will be officially secured in our wedding block.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by June 25, 2026 so we can finalize guest counts and room reservations with the resort. We kindly ask that all guests confirm their attendance by this date to ensure we can accommodate everyone within our wedding room block.

What if I didn't RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, it will automatically be marked as "no". We will miss celebrating with you, but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guest formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one they will appear when you RSVP.

Do I need a passport to attend?

Answer

Yes, U.S. citizens need a valid passport to travel to Jamaica. If you need to apply or renew, we recommend starting the process early to avoid delays.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held beachside. The reception and cocktail hour will be held outdoors but will be covered.
