Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot a short walk from the ceremony and reception. There is also an on-site shuttle service that can shuttle anyone from the parking lot to the ceremony and anywhere on the Majestic Woods grounds.

Is the Ceremony and Reception close in proximity?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be at Majestic woods. Weather permitting, the ceremony is planned to be in a wonderful and beautiful woodsy nook at Majestic woods. Guests can walk or take a shuttle to the indoor facility where the reception is located.

August is hot, will there be AC?

Answer

The planned outdoor ceremony in the woodsy area will obviously not have AC. However, the shuttles as well as the indoor location of dinner/reception will.

What if it rains?

Answer

We are hoping for a lovely summer day/night to enjoy the outdoor spaces of our beautiful venue. However, the venue is well prepared for any climate and the whole day can be indoor in the AC if needed.
