What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress Code is going to be Formal/Black Tie optional. Please leave the sweat pants and jeans at home:) Weather permitting the ceremony will be outside on a grass lawn. We love a good heel, but please note that stilettos may sink!

Can I bring a date?

We’re only able to accommodate dates for guests who were given a plus one. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

We adore your kids, but this will be an adults-only affair—time for a parents’ night out!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please! We promise the party is better when everyone stays alive ;) Guests will be able to choose one entree from our preselected menu after being seated for dinner. Please note any food allergies to your RSVP or text Danna or Abby so we don’t accidentally take anyone out.

Is there anything needed to get into West Point?

Answer

Yes, please bring your photo ID (drivers license or passport) to show at the gate. Let them know you are visiting the Thayer Hotel for a wedding and they will guide you through. They have valet parking at the hotel which is a paid service, or they have a parking lot down the hill. Wheelchair accessible parking is available in the front of the hotel.

Is there an after party?

No, there is not- but the Thayer Hotel has a rooftop bar where guests can go afterwards if they want a late night snack or drinks!
