When should I RSVP by?

Please kindly reply by October 27th, 2022 either online or with RSVP postcard sent with invitations.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4:00 PM. Please arrive 15 minutes early. Shuttle leaves hotel for ceremony at 3:00, 3:15, 3:30.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

The number of seats we have reserved in your honor is listed on the RSVP postcard sent with the invitation. We request that only the number listed on your postcard is the number of people to attend.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! We love you and your children, and are happy to have them join our celebration. However, if you prefer to leave them at home with the babysitter, please adjust the number of people attending on the RSVP. We have accounted for your children in the headcount, so if they are not attending, please let us know.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a block of rooms set aside at FAIRFIELD INN & SUITES BY MARIOT - FLINT GRAND BLANC and at QUALITY INN OF GRAND BLANC. Please see the hotel page listed on the website for booking information. The hotels are requesting you make you reservations by NOVEMBER 1ST. There is a shuttle service included if you stay at the FAIRFIELD INN & SUITES.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There is a gated parking lot located on the south end of the building.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Shuttle leaves hotel for ceremony at 3:00, 3:15, 3:30. Shuttle will run from 4:30-6:00 if any guests drive to venue and would like to drop off their car prior to reception. Shuttle will resume from 8:30 to end of reception. Shuttle schedule will be at the front desk of Fairfield Inn.
