The wedding is NOT a black tie event. This means men can wear a tux, a suit, or just a dress shirt and tie with slacks or khakis. Women can wear a gown, a cocktail dress, a jumpsuit or pantsuit or any dress that is not casual-wear. Basically, no jeans, t-shirts or sneakers. Our dress code is the same as most other weddings, so don't sweat it!
The cut-off date for responses was September 8th and we can no longer accept RSVPs. That is why the feature is missing from the website. If you would like to get in contact to see if we received any cancellations, feel free to call or text us!
As much as we love your little ones, we would prefer that no one under the age of 18 attend the ceremony or reception. We intend to totally let loose, and we don't want to worry about little eyes and little ears seeing or hearing things they shouldn't.
As much as we would love to be able to allow everyone a guest, we are having a wedding on a budget, and we want to make sure we know everyone who gets invited. Your invitation RSVP Card will state how many seats we can reserve for you. If it states that you only get one seat, we're sorry, but we simply cannot afford to extend the guest list at this time. It is possible that you may be allowed a guest at a later date, if a spot opens up. If you would like your guest to be considered for this list, let us know. Thank you for understanding!
This means that no one at our Ceremony should be taking pictures or videos besides the photographer and videographer we hired. Too often, professional pictures and video get ruined when the background is full of people holding their phones out. PLEASE TURN OFF YOUR PHONES DURING OUR SPECIAL MOMENTS. We do not need your photography skills, we have hired someone. lol
We are serving a buffet style meal, with lots of choices to accommodate everyone. But if it makes you more comfortable to notify us of your dietary needs, please call us so we can let the venue know. 😁
There is on-site parking.
The Ceremony and Reception are both at Inne of the Abingtons and yes, there is handicap access to both areas.
We've been together a LOOOOONG time. We are lucky enough to have everything we need! We have carefully chosen only a handful of things we would like, but what we would really love is a contribution to our honeymoon! Our registry includes a Honeymoon Fund where you can contribute to our airfare, resort, food and activities! We can't take a honeymoon without your help! We promise to send personalized pictures of us enjoying the trip you have generously provided us!
Please do NOT get us any housewares besides what we have on the registry. We understand some people wont be comfortable giving us money towards the honeymoon, but please consider that we have mostly everything we need. If you would like to get us a gift that is not on the Registry, contact us first so we can steer you in the right direction.
The Reception ends at 11:00PM. Let's go party afterwards! Suggestions welcome!
