We will have plenty of food at the event accommodating numerous dietary restrictions! We have arranged for labels on all food items during the cocktail hour indicating known and common allergens and restrictions. During the reception, you will have a chance to order from a menu of multiple entrees, with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available. Cocktail attire - the weather in NYC can vary in mid-September, but expect warm temperatures.
Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside. In the event of inclement weather, these will be moved indoors.
The entire event will be at the same location! Everything is closely located with minimal walking required. There may be a small number of stairs to navigate between the cocktail hour and reception.
No - the entire event will be on paved surfaces such as patios, boardwalks, and indoors. Feel free to wear your fancy shoes (just make sure they are good for dancing!)
Transportation will be provided from the Viana Hotel and Spa to and from the event. - Two shuttles departing the hotel at 4:30pm - One shuttle leaving the reception at 10pm - One shuttle leaving the reception at 11pm For folks that do not want to take the shuttles, there will be plenty of Uber/Lyft options in the area. We kindly ask that friends and family traveling from out of state arrange their own transportation to and from the airport.
