You’re welcome to bring a plus one given that it’s run by us first and the time to add people hasn’t expired. All guest names must be added to our guest list by our travel agent and fully paid by August 8, 2025
Some invites are addressed “The __ Family”. However, the Mexico resort is adults only. You must be 18 and older to stay at the resort.
You can make payments through our travel agent beginning November 24, 2024. You can pay whatever amount you need to and as often as you need to, as long as you are paid in full by August 8, 2025.
While we intend our guests to stay M-F, you can edit your stay with our travel agent as you need. This could include duration, number of rooms, flights, etc. However, please keep in mind that the ceremony is on Wednesday. While we realize a M-F stay is hard for adults with jobs, we chose to do this so that you had the weekend to recover prior to returning to work. We wanted this to be your vacation as much as it is our celebration!
We wanted our wedding to be a vacation for our guests and have planned for a stay of Monday, September 22 - Friday, September 26. While you can tailor your stay, an estimate for this duration and time is around $1200 per person for your stay and flight (this is subject to change and is JUST an estimate). This is an all inclusive resort, so bottomless food and drinks are included in this price. All excursions will require additional funds, but these are optional! The hotel is also on a strip downtown, so anything you do off of the resort will have a cost.
PLEASE plan flights accordingly. The ceremony is on a Wednesday evening so we suggest your flight leaving that Monday in case of delays and cancellations.
YES! You need a passport. All international travel is subject to change. Our travel agent should be up to date on changes, but please be proactive and have required materials to fly internationally.
