Can I still book to go with the group from Toronto?
Answer
Yes, you can book at any time, but keep in mind rates change daily. Get in touch with our Travel agent superstar, Jen at jen@suitetriptravel.com for rates and booking.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Due to final numbers for the reception, we would ideally like to have our count in by the end of August. Please let us know if you plan to make it by then, and if there are extraneous circumstances, get in touch with us!

Can I stay at another resort and still attend the wedding?
Answer
Although we understand some people may prefer to stay at different resorts for whatever reason, our resort has a strict policy on outside guests coming in to attend weddings. Ideally, we would like to spend the week with you all and enjoy the resort together! However, should you choose not to stay at one of the four hotels in the Grand Palladium Riviera Maya complex (GP Kantenah, GP White Sands, GP Colonial, TRS Yucatan), there may be a way to attend the wedding. After much negotiation with our wedding coordinator, GP has allowed outside guests to purchase a day pass to the resort for $100 USD per person, to come in for the day and attend the wedding. Please note this pass is only valid till 10 pm however, and does not include transportation. If this is the option you have chosen, please get in touch with Hannah or Danilo as soon as possible so we may make arrangements for the reception dinner.

Is there a dress code for the wedding?
Answer
We ask that our guests dress in a light formal attire. Long dresses for ladies and dress pants for men. Keep in mind it may be a bit hot, so careful when choosing the material of your outfit!

I have a food allergy/accomodation, can I make a special request?
Answer
If you require food accomodations (allergies, vegetarians, vegans, etc) please get in touch with the bride or groom ASAP!

Is there a dress code for dinner?
Answer
The resort may require a certain dress code at some restaurants. Ladies please don't forget to bring a cocktail dress for dinner and men, full length pants. Thanks!
