Please RSVP no later than July 6th, 2025. However the earlier you can RSVP the better as this will allow us to finalize our guest count. If you do not RSVP by July 6th, 2025, we will be unable to accomodate you at our wedding. We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we cannot accept late RSVPs and we will mark any unanswered responses as "declined". If you still need to RSVP, you can do so by visiting the RSVP page before the deadline.
Due to the capacity of the venue, we have chosen to keep our wedding intimate with close family and friends. We are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear with your name on the envelope you received. For example (Your Name & Guest). If your guest can no longer come, please do not invite someone to replace them. Please respect our wishes as we are trying to keep our wedding an intimate celebration. Our wedding ceremony is set to begin at 3pm.
Our cocktail hour is set to begin at roughly 4pm and dinner to be served at 5pm.
Yes! We'd love to have our loved ones get dressed up for our big day. The dress code is formal attire!! We promise once you arrive at the venue for our big day you will see this idea come to life! No jeans please!!!
We love your little ones! However, unless mentioned on your invitation as a guest for the ceremony, we will not be able to accommodate them. Our wedding reception will be an adults-only event. Please see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and have a great weekend!
We are having an "unplugged ceremony" therefore we kindly request that all phones and cameras remain silenced and put away until the ceremony concludes. We have a wonderful photographer who will be capturing our wedding day, and we will be sharing these photos to our gallery at a later date. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like! A QR code will be provided to upload pictures taken by guests. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do".
We will have a bartending service who will be handling all beverages for a fee. Due to venue policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any other alcohol beverages on the premise.
We will be receiving catering from Mama K's food truck from which there will be 3 meal options: 1. Cheeseburger and fries 2. Grilled Cheese & Fries 3. Mozza Sticks ***These options are subject to change based on finalized menu*** Please note your preference when RSVP'ing.
The Amsterdam Inn has rooms available for our wedding date. You can ask for a 'Wedding rate' which gives you a 10% discount as they no longer do group blocks.
