Our Jewish Wedding: What to Expect
Welcome to our wedding website! We’re excited to share our special day with you and highlight the traditions we’re incorporating into our Jewish wedding. Both Hayden and I have embraced Judaism uniquely. I have Jewish roots on my dad's side, and Hayden converted so we can raise our family with Jewish values. Our wedding will take place in Las Vegas, officiated by a Reform rabbi, honoring our Conservative conversions.
Ceremony Highlights:
Kiddushin: Hayden will place a ring on my finger, symbolizing our commitment.
Ketubah: We will have a beautifully designed ketubah outlining our promises.
Breaking of the Glass: Hayden will break a glass, symbolizing the fragility of relationships.
Reception Details:
We invite you to join us for a joyous reception with a kosher-style menu featuring Asian cuisine, including vegan and meat options. Expect lively dancing, including the Hora, where we’ll be lifted on chairs surrounded by loved ones.
