Take any bus (LLI, JAC Liner, JAM Liner, DLTB, etc.) with a sign that says "Lucena" and tell the conductor you're getting off at "Queen Margarette Hotel Domoit." You can get off right in front of the hotel. Make sure the bus sign says only "Lucena" and that Lucena is the final stop.
