Our ceremony will take place at 3pm. Please plan to arrive at 2:45pm.
We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony to allow our photographer to capture all the special moments. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you’d like to remember the day!
All festivities will be outdoors! The reception will be tented, and so will the ceremony if the weather is looking rainy.
We want everyone to feel comfortable, so we encourage casual party attire. Please wear grass-appropriate footwear. We recommend bringing a light jacket, coat, or sweater in case it gets chilly in the evening. If you plan to join us for the bonfire, you might want to bring a change of cozy clothes!
Fingers crossed for 65 degrees and sunny! This time of year in the Hudson Valley is historically in the mid 60’s and sunny during the day, and cools down a bit towards the evening.
Chef Daniel Sabia will be cooking an open fire feast for us, including several meats and a variety of locally sourced vegetables. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know before August 15th.
