So, we actually met on Hinge! After a couple of times messaging each other back and forth, we evolved to long Facetime calls, until we finally met on May 25th, 2023. Daniel showed up being a complete gentleman - and we went out for tacos and a comedy show. And Gaby was unapologetically herself having a great time. That first date felt natural in a way that surprised both of us — we laughed, talked, and realized how effortless it was to be around each other. After that night, we never stopped talking and going on dates. As time went on getting to know each other and having fun, our relationship felt smooth and steady, the kind of connection that just makes sense. On July 24th, 2023, during a trip to St. Augustine, Daniel asked for us to make it official! And it was the best time ever! Countless of memories, conversations, truly getting to know one another, accepting each other, travels, and so much more! Fast forward, during our fall trip to Croatia, he surprised us with a three-day stay on a sailboat, where on October 29th, 2025, overlooking the beautiful island of Palmižana, he got down on one knee and proposed to Gaby! We both feel incredibly lucky to have found a partner who is patient, understanding, and absolutely incredible to share life with. We love that together we can laugh, explore, and see the world side by side — the perfect combination we didn’t even know we were waiting for. <3
