Family Processional

Grandma

Grams

Grandma is Brittany and Aaron’s only living grand parent. She is Brittany’s maternal grandmother, Betty, who moved to the Main land from Guam to attend college. Grandma Betty is deeply committed to her Christian faith and family oriented as one of 12 children, mother of 3, grand mother of many, great grandmother of a lot, and great-great grandma of two.

Willie Daniels Jr.

Father of the Bride

Willie Daniels Jr. has passed. He was a beloved father, brother, son, and friend. His children are Dr. Tiffany, Darryl, and Brittany, alongside his bonus children Karissa, Nicole, Wayne, Alivia, and Jeremy. We miss him dearly and know he is celebrating with us this day. His burial flag and photo will be present during the wedding alongside a candle to honor his light and memory.

Melody Green

Mother of the Bride

Brittany is Melody’s youngest born child. Melody is a proud mother of all of her children (Jeremy, Alivia, Wayne, Nicole, Karissa, Darryl, and Brittany), mother in-love to her bonus children (Charles, Clifton, Brittany Marie), and her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Melody has always loved her children greatly and worked extremely hard to provide, care for them, and raise them in her Christian faith.

Denise Fisher

Mother of the Groom

Denise birthed Aaron and his brothers and is now Grandmama to little Asha. Diverse in skills and courageous in her ability to forge new paths and growth. Mom's a builder and designer, perpetually curating and creating beautiful spaces out of a place of deep generosity and love.

Monte Fisher

Father of the Groom

Monte is father to Aaron, two other sweet boys, Katya for the past 20 years and now the most delightful granddaughter imaginable, Asha. His unusually industrious “retirement” has been filled with ministry at Menlo Park Presbyterian as well as community and international service activities, most notably as Executive Director of Achungo Community Center (Achungo.org) that builds and supports schools for vulnerable children in rural, southwestern Kenya.

Kathy Fisher

Step-Mom of the Groom

Kath entered Aaron’s life amidst his preadolescence and courageously assumed the role of step-mom to a very lively and in no way quiet set of 3 boys. She continues to be a source of love and support, even as the family has grown to include the beloved Katya and Asha (along with some cherished canines). Throughout her life, she has also impacted the lives of many children, through educational assessment and support, through Achungo, and as a trusted neighbor to many.

Darryl Daniels

Walking the Bride Down the Aisle

Darryl is Brittany’s brother just above her in sibling birth order. Darryl is a loved and loving husband and father to his wife, Brittany Marie, and their two children. Darryl has always been a source of love and support to the bride and will be carrying their father’s burial flag as he ushers her down the aisle as a symbol of their late father’s presence.

The Siblings

Living Siblings

Aaron is the oldest of his siblings, and Brittany is the youngest of her family of origin. Brittany and Aaron are deeply grateful for and love all of their siblings. Aaron’s siblings: Ryan, Katya, and sweet baby Jason. Britt’s siblings: Charles, Alivia, Wayne, Karissa, Clifton, Darryl, Brittany Marie.

Ezran and Khiari Vásquez

Flower Child

Ez and Kk are Brittany’s great nephews. They love each other and playing with their dog, Nezuko (named after a chartacter in one of the best anime series ever — good job fam 🫱🏻‍🫲🏽). Kk and Ez are dearly loved by their parents Adaija and Martin (Brittany’s niece and nephew in-law).

Aurora and Aria Maxwell

Flower Child

Aurora and Aria are Brittany‘s nieces from Karissa and Clifton. They love to sing, act, dance, and get baby-sat by Brittany and Aaron.

Oliver and Eloise Daniels

Flower Child

Ollie and Eloise are Brittany’s nephew and niece from Darryl and Brittany Marie. Ollie loves to make music, dance, read, watch Mr. Rogers, and explore the world with his parents close by. Baby Eloise just met the family and outside world in May 2026, and we are all excited to see how her brilliant light will shine in the world.

Anastasia Camacho

Flower Child

Anastasia is Brittany’s niece from Karissa and Alvin. She loves time with her parents and playing with her older sisters, Aria and Aurora.

Asha Fisher

Flower Child

Asha is Aaron’s niece from Ryan and Bethanie. Asha loves to read, sing, eat tangerines, and play with her family. Hearing her sing, read, laugh, or just simply being in her presence, literally adds years to Aaron's life (it's true, it's science).

Summer, Eric, and Hezekiah

Flower Children Supervisors

Summer, Eric, and Hezekiah are Brittany’s niece and nephews from Alivia and Charles. They are creative, kind, and love to spend time with friends and family.

Team Thomas

Adopted Kidnapped Family In-Laws

When Josiah was about 6 years old he described Brittany has his “adopted kidnapped sister in-law,” and the title stuck. Brittany lived with the Thomas family for several years. Nicole and Frank own Dunamix Dance Project, which is the dance studio Brittany grew up in. Their home is her family home. And Taylor, Victoria, and Josiah are like younger siblings to Brittany.

Jeremy and Nicole

Honored Siblings

Jeremy and Nicole are Brittany’s siblings who have passed. Jeremy (1979-2015) is the eldest and Nicole (1986-2006) was the middle of Melody’s 7 children. Nicole and Jeremy were full of love and humor. They are still loved and missed dearly by their family and friends. With Brittany’s father, a candle will be lit alongside their photos to honor their light and hold space for them in this celebration.

Jana Johnson

Honor Attendant

Jana is one of Brittany’s closest friends and volunteered her time and energy to being the coordinator for Brittany and Aaron’s wedding. The bride and groom first met Jana through church. Brittany and Jana were in the same community group, and Brittany fell in-love with Jana the moment she observed Jana’s passion for social justice and how she examined herself and how to responsibly show up in the world. Jana now lives in Tennessee with her husband, Josh, and their dog, Bogey, and has her own private practice as a mental health therapist (Courageous Spaces Therapy).
