Garden Party formal - Our celebration will embrace a garden party setting with an elevated, formal feel. Guests are encouraged to wear polished attire in light, romantic, or seasonal tones. Flowing midi or maxi dresses, florals, and soft pastels are beautifully suited for the occasion. Please consider stylish footwear appropriate for an outdoor setting. No - As our ceremony will take place at a private estate, there is no on-site parking available. To ensure a smooth and seamless experience, transportation will be provided via shuttle service to and from designated locations. We ask that all guests plan to utilize the provided transportation. Additional details, including pick-up and drop-off locations, will be shared closer to the event. If alternative arrangements are anticipated, please reach out to Amanda or Tom in advance so we can coordinate accordingly. If there is an issue day-of, the wedding planner will be available with her information provided later.
Our RSVP portal will open in early May alongside our formal invitations. We kindly ask that all guests respond by June 25th. Even if you’re unable to attend, please submit your RSVP so we can plan accordingly.
For late July in San Juan Capistrano typically enjoys warm, sunny days with an ocean breeze and cooler evenings. Daytime temperatures are often in the mid 70's, while evenings can cool down into the 60s. We recommend bringing a light layer for the evening, especially as our celebration will be outdoors.
We have secured a room block at a nearby hotel for your convenience. (See "Travel" tab!) Additional accommodations are also available throughout San Juan Capistrano, Dana Point, and San Clemente. We encourage booking early.
