Yes there is plenty of free parking in the lot of the Country Club.
The dress code is Semi-Formal. Such as a cocktail dress or floor length dress for women, and for men; suit and tie or a nice dress shirt and slacks, no blue jeans please!
It is going to be beautiful fall weather in the mountains. I would recommend to bring a jacket for later in the evening in case it gets chilly.
We have a set number of people we are accommodating for. If you would like to bring a person along with you, please text or call me and I will let you know whether we can accommodate your plus one.
Yes they are welcome during the ceremony and the reception. My two lovely babies will be in our wedding as the ring bearer and flower girl. Once we finish with dinner we will respectfully ask the kids under 16 to leave.
We will serve complimentary champagne to toast and with dinner; if desired. There is an open bar downstairs from the reception hall, so if you would like any other alcoholic drinks, you are welcome to buy from there.
Guests should be arriving at around 3:30pm and the ceremony that will be held outside will start at 4:00pm. Reception will follow shortly after inside and dinner will be served during that time. The wedding does not have a set end time; we will party until we get tired. Our younger guests should probably leave around 7pm.
