Danielle and Zaid met in high school when Danielle was only 15 and Zaid was 16. They were in PE class together and became friends off of silly jokes. Danielle invited Zaid to sit with her and her friends at lunch and they soon after became best friends. They would spend countless days together going to McDonalds, Target, and their high school to ride skateboards and talk for hours. When they got out of high school and were in college they rekindled their friendship after Danielle’s mother’s passing. Zaid was a rock in Danielle’s life during this hard time and showed her the love and gentle heartedness she needed. They went on countless dates together to Santa Cruz and Half Moon Bay. After asking Danielle for a whole month to be his girlfriend she finally said yes. They moved into an apartment together only 6 months later and have been together ever since. They bonded over feeling so different from everyone else in the world and always being the one sticking out of the crowd. They would bond through their creative hobbies like painting together, music, fashion, and always supported each other through all their creative endeavors. 3 years and 2 cats later he asked to marry her in Cancun Mexico. Danielle knew she finally got her happily ever after!
