Where should I stay? Do I need to book a hotel?

Answer

We've got you covered! We are overjoyed to host all of our out-of-town guests at the beautiful Tobago Villas. You do have the choice to stay at your own hotel and if you chose to do so, please let us know by the RSVP END DATE MAY 1ST 2026.

Do I need to call and make a reservation?

Answer

Not at all! We have handled all the reservations and arrangements for your stay. Your only job is to RSVP by MAY 1ST 2026 so we know you're coming, and we will take care of the rest! However, if you prefer to get your own hotel arrangements that's fine as well! We provided a list of hotels that you can chose from.

Who will I be staying with in the villa?

Answer

We will be thoughtfully grouping family and friends together in the villas. We promise to put you with people you know and love! We will be in touch with your specific villa assignment closer to the wedding date!

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

You will need to fly into the A.N.R. Robinson International Airport (TAB) in Tobago.

How do I get from the airport to Tobago Plantation Villas?

Answer

We will be arranging shuttle services for guests based on arrival times. Please send us your flight details (airline, flight number, and landing time) as soon as you book so we can coordinate your pickup!

What costs should I budget for?

Answer

You will only need to bring money for your PERSONAL EXPENSES or if you are paying for your own hotel. This includes your flights, any meals outside of the planned wedding events, souvenir shopping, or any extra activities you'd like to do like [Example: visiting the nylon pool, golfing, etc.]).
