For those of you arriving on Thursday, we’re inviting everyone to join us for delicious pizzas, salads, beer and wine at one of our favorite spots: Austin Beer Garden and Brewing Company, or ABGB for short. We’ll get there around 6pm. If you think you can join us, please let us know so we can save tables.

Friday Welcome Party

Welcome to Austin! Everyone is invited to meet up at Half Step, a fun venue with delicious drinks, outdoor games (and a mini-donut food truck!) to get the weekend kicked off right. FYI, Half Step is an indoor/outdoor venue, so keep an eye on the weather and dress accordingly.

Dress code is "garden fancy". Cocktail hour and dinner will be outside, so check the weather and dress accordingly. Guys, no need for ties unless you really want to wear one. Blazers and slacks are just fine. Party shoes required.

Transportation: There will be one shuttle available for one-way transportation out to the Wildflower Center leaving the Hilton at 5:15pm. Available to everyone on a first-come, first-served basis, up to 20 people. Note that if you take this shuttle out, you'll have to Lyft/Uber back. There's plenty of free parking at the Wildflower Center, but Lyft/Uber are highly encouraged if you're going to be drinking.
