When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at Regina Coeli Catholic Church in Hyde Park at 2:00 pm. We suggest arriving by 1:50 pm to get a parking spot and a seat!

What should we do between the ceremony and cocktail hour?

Answer

Our ceremony will be over by 3:00 pm and cocktail hour begins at Red Maple Vineyard at 6:00 pm. We suggest checking into your hotel/rental accommodation during this time. It takes about twenty minutes to get from Regina Coeli Church & The Inn at the Bellefield Hotel to Red Maple Vineyard. The Cellars at Red Maple Vineyard is a brewery that recenlty opened on the property of Red Maple and is adjacent to the reception barn. We suggest heading here for a drink if you have time to spare before the cocktail hour!

Is there a dress code?

Yes! The attire is formal cocktail attire.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There will be a coach bus that leaves the hotel at 4:30 PM and will bring guests to Red Maple Vineyard. The coach bus will arrive around 5:00 PM so we suggest having a drink at the Cellars at Red Maple or exploring the beautiful grounds of the property before cocktail hour begins! There will also be a trip back to the hotel on the coach bus after the reception. The bus will leave Red Maple at 11:10 PM immediately after the reception.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

We have a hotel block at the Inn at the Bellefield Hotel which is a brand-new hotel in Hyde Park, NY. We have also provided a few rental home options on our travel page through VRBO/Air BNB.
