Will there be overnight parking at The Atrium?

Answer

No, overnight parking is NOT allowed at the venue. All vehicles must be removed from The Atriums parking lot by midnight, no exceptions!

Can we bring outside alcohol to The Atrium?

Answer

No, outside alcohol is prohibited.

Are there designated smoking areas?

Answer

Yes, there are areas where people can smoke throughout the day.

Is the ceremony space handicap accessible?

Answer

There is handicap parking at The Atrium, and they have handicap accessible bathroom. There will be golf cart(s) providing rides to and from the ceremony location on the property. Please be respectful for those who need it.

Will there be gluten free options?

Answer

Yes, our caterers follow a strict allergy protocol. Gluten free snacks and meals will be labeled as such.

Is there transportation provided from the Holiday Inn Express to the venue?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle providing rides only to and from the Holiday Inn Express and The Atrium. Check back later closer to the wedding day for more information on how often the shuttle will be running.

YES! But we also encourage a parents night out!

Yes, please see the travel tab for hotel details. Let them know you are with the Kenfield-Olson wedding.

Will the wedding and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding has the ability to be indoors or outdoors depending on the weather. The reception will be covered, but will have large doors open to outside.
