Wedding Event Transportation - Ceremony

If you are staying at the Coronado Springs Resort: A motor coach will pick up guests at 8:30am (leaving promptly at 8:45am) in front of the Gran Destino Main Lobby entrance and bringing them to the Wedding Pavilion for the 9:30am Ceremony. If you are staying at the Grand Floridian: the Wedding Pavilion is walkable from anywhere at the Grand Floridian - you can pick up a map in the lobby - but it's located in between the Grand Floridian and the Polynesian Resort. Other: You can use Disney transportation if you're staying on Disney property, Uber or parking is available if you have a rental car (be sure to mention you're attending a wedding so you're not charged for parking). Additionally, after the Ceremony, the motor coach will be shuttling guests from the Wedding Pavilion to the Grand Floridian main lobby for the Reception (but it’s completely walkable from the Pavilion to Narcoossee’s (less than a 5 min walk).

Wedding Event Transportation - Reception

A motor coach will be shuttling guests from the Grand Floridian main lobby back to the Coronado Springs resort at the top of every hour, should any guest want to leave early. The last ‘early’ departure from the reception is at 2pm and the final departure from the reception back to the Coronado Springs resort is at 3:15pm.

Wedding Event Transportation – Fireworks/Dessert Party

If you are staying at the Coronado Springs Resort: A motor coach will be shuttling guests to/from the fireworks dessert party at the Contemporary Resort. The motor coach will pick guests up at 7:15pm (leaving promptly at 7:30pm) in front of the Gran Destino Main Lobby. The return shuttle will be picking guests up at 9:30pm (leaving promptly at 9:45pm) from the Contemporary Resort. If you are staying at the Grand Floridian: You can take the monorail & get off at the Contemporary Resort. You’ll have to take the elevators down to the ground floor/main lobby. Walk out the main lobby doors and make your way across the parking lot to the convention center porte cochere. Other: You can use Disney transportation if you're staying on Disney property, Uber or parking is available if you have a rental car (be sure to mention you're attending a wedding event so you're not charged for parking).
