Yes. There will be valet parking at the venue.

will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will be held outside, while the reception will be inside. In the case of rain, everything will be moved inside.

have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

Yes, we have reserved a block of rooms at Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton at 201 Metro Drive Warrington, Pennsylvania 18976. The Inn at Barley Sheaf is an inn, but all rooms are reserved as they are hosting multiple events that weekend. We will not have transportation from the hotel to the venue.

how and when do I need to make a reservation by for the hotel block?

Answer

Guests can call in directly at 215 491 0700 and mention the dates/wedding party or use the link below that inputs the group code DOC. This can also be entered manually on the Hilton website under special rates if it does not show. The release date for the block is 9/4/25. After this date, the link will no longer work. Rate is still honored for those that call directly, but on a first come first serve basis with any availability that remains.

i am staying at the hotel, do I need to drive to the venue?

If you're staying at Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton at 201 Metro Drive Warrington, Pennsylvania 18976 for the hotel block, we will NOT have transportation to the venue. Please make sure to coordinate your own transportation.

No, all of the rooms are reserved at The Inn at Barley Sheaf for the night of the wedding.

what is the weather like in the area?

Answer

Early October weather can vary in this area. It could be pretty warm in the early days of October, very doubtful that it will be very cold. The reception is inside and it will be air conditioned.

i have dietary restrictions. how do I make sure to tell you about them?

You can indicate any dietary restrictions or allergies on your rsvp. It will be indicated on your seat card so that the venue/catering knows.

what type of food will be served at the wedding?

Answer

We will be serving hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner. Please indicate any food or dietary restrictions on your RSVP as it is a set menu.

where is the after party?

Answer

The After Party will be from 10:30pm - 12:30AM and will be held at the venue [5281 York Road Holicong, PA 18928]. Please indicate on your RSVP if you will be staying for the after party since we will need to provide the number of guests to the venue.

The After Party ends at 12:30AM. Please make sure that all transportation is ordered by 12AM. The venue has a strict end time.
