In 2016 Danielle was on the hunt for an LA based apartment online, while she was living in France. She had been corresponding via email with the assistant manager, of the apartment building... (who just so happened to be Robert : ) They had ONLY met via the phone, as Danielle and Robert were handling all paperwork virtually... A few months later, Danielle and Robert met for the first time in person when she arrived to pick up her keys at the leasing office! Robert offered to help her with her bags...and so began their budding romance!

In the middle of the pandemic, while watching a movie (ABOUT the pandemic lol), Robert stopped Danielle mid conversation, saying "I was waiting for the perfect way to do this...but this just seems right." He got on one knee (while Danielle was still laying reclined, on their couch lol), grabbed her hand and asked "... will you marry me?" She said YES, of course!!!
