When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by September 4th. You can use the QR Code on the back of your invitation or directly on our website using the RSVP tab.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive around 3:30pm to provide ample time for parking and to find your seats.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Please head over to our travel tab where we recommend Spring Hill Suites in Southern Pines.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes! When you RSVP, there will be a section for you to let us know of any dietary restrictions

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Pinehurst No.9 has plenty of spots available for our guests.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! SpringHill Suites guests can take advantage of our complimentary shuttle service. The bus picks up at 3pm sharp - please meet outside the hotel lobby. Please be punctual as departure is prompt.
