Although our wedding is in a little over a year, we ask that you book you accommodations by Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at the latest.  We need to know the exact number of guests for much of the planning, so we ask that you book by this date to give us time to secure the details of our wedding. We also want to make sure you receive the best rate possible.  As we get closer to the date, pricing can increase drastically and availability will be significantly reduced.  The travel team can work out a payment plan for you to ensure you lock in a low rate and will be able to provide several options for you to choose from.
