Pedrum and Dani met through mutual friends at a concert back in Minneapolis, MN. We were towards the back of the crowd, so Pedrum offered to put Dani on his shoulders so she could get a better view of the stage. Later, he took a picture of Dani and her friend with his phone and smoothly asked for her number to send over the picture. Pedrum was wearing a sweater with a pug on it and was known after that night as the "pug sweater guy" by Dani and her friends. The next day, "pug sweater guy" texted her and asked her on a date and of course, Dani said yes. They went out to Marvel Bar for drinks and drove around listening to music for their first date and instantly clicked. They ended up "officially" dating a few months later, made it through two years of long distance, moved to Seattle with their two dogs and are now looking forward to spending the rest of their lives together!
