Flight
You will want to fly into LAS McCarran International Airport. If you are like us and prefer to save your travel money for the casino we recommend flying out of CVG (Cincinnati) , IND (Indianapolis), or BNA (Nashville). They offer Allegiant, Frontier, and Spirit flights which typically cost 50% less than flying out of Louisville.
Shuttle
May 21, 2021 5:15 pm - 11:30 pm
We will be hiring transportation from Planet Hollywood Hotel and Casino to the ceremony and back for guests. See specific notes on schedule page.
Travel Note
While some of you (like me) always need a car when you travel, in Las Vegas you will not. Everything is walk-able. It is very difficult to drive around in an unfamiliar city, and parking can become costly here. Every hotel has Uber/Lyft pick up areas, as well as regular cab lines. To get to your hotel from the airport you can walk outside baggage claim to join the cab line. You can also follow the "ride share" signs and walk across the street to the airport parking garage, which doubles as their Uber/Lyft pick up area. Just follow the instructions on your app.
Travel Note
After much research we found it less cost effective for our guests to reserve "hotel blocks". Instead we are recommending the following hotels: The Cosmopolitan, Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, Marriott's Grande Chateau, and the Hilton Elara. Check both their websites as well as Hotels.com for the best deals! They are all next to each other and in a great location on the Las Vegas Strip!
Hotel
This is where the bride and groom will be staying. It's Vegas Glam, but be ready to pay for that glam!
Hotel
This hotel is great for guests who are looking for a typical hotel style room. One king bed or two queens. It connects to the Miracle Mile Shops as well.
Hotel
This Marriott's rooms are apartment style. Studio, one, two, and three bedrooms. All include either a kitchenette or a full kitchen. There is no casino in this hotel, however Planet Hollywood and many others are right across the street.
