Question

We are flying into the area; what is the best airport to use?

Answer

Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) is the closest airport to our wedding festivities. This is the only airport with a direct connection to the DC Metro System. Other airport options include Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) and Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD).

Would I be able to get by without renting a car?

Answer

The church wedding ceremony is the only event NOT taking place at the Bolger Center. If you are planning on attending the wedding ceremony, you will need a ride to and from the church (10-15 minute ride). You can use a rideshare company (Uber, Lyft) or contact the bride and groom as soon as possible to coordinate alternate arrangements. You will also need transportation to and from the airport. If you fly into DCA, you will be able to use the metro to get to Grosvenor Metro Station; the Bolger Center and church are located within 10-15 minutes from the Grosvenor Metro Station.
