There are several high speed trains from Paris to Bordeaux. You can search for trains at the website below.
Travel Note
Once you get to Bordeaux, you can rent a car at the train station (we recommend reserving ahead of time to ensure you get an automatic car) and drive about 50 minutes to Saint-Seurin-de-Prats. You can also take a 50 minute train from Bordeaux to the nearby station in Velines. If you prefer to take the train from Bordeaux, please let us know so we can help arrange for taxis from the train station. There are also taxis and Ubers available from Bordeaux to the Chateau.
