Itinerary For Our Special Day
3:15- 4:00pm - Complementary valet for all guests upon arrival in front of The Harris Building.
4:00pm - Ceremony starts
4:30pm - After ceremony family photos - guests move to cocktail hour
4:30pm - Appetizers & cocktail hour - guests sign the book, find table seating assignments, photo booth.
5:30pm- Guests are invited to the ballroom to be sat
5:45pm -Bridal Party Entrance
6:10pm - Welcome speech and prayer
6:15‐7:30pm - Dinner
6:45pm Bride and Groom visit each table for group photos while guests eat
7:00pm Speeches
7:15pm Cutting of the cake
7:30pm Dessert served
7:45pm Bride & Groom first dance
Bride & Father Dance / Groom & Mother Dance
8:00pm - Dance floor open!
10:00pm Late night snack served
10:30pm Last call at the bar - DJ announces host bar will be closed
