WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE? DO I NEED TO MAIL BACK MY RSVP OR CAN I DO IT ONLINE?
Answer
All RSVPs will take place on our website! We will turn on this functionality after sending paper invitations, and request your response by July 1, 2021.

WHAT'S THE DRESS CODE?
Answer
Even though we're camping, we still look forward to dressing up! The recommended dress code is Semi-formal / cocktail attire.

WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE AND WILL WE BE OUTSIDE?

Our venue has both indoor and outdoor areas to ensure we can stay flexible with the weather! Cle Elum in July is typically quite sunny and hot, so we encourage you to dress to stay comfortable in the heat!

CAN I BRING A DATE?
Answer
If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

ARE THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION AT THE SAME LOCATION?

Yes! The ceremony and reception will both take place at The Cattle Barn in Cle Elum.

WHERE SHOULD GUESTS PARK? IS PARKING FREE?

There is ample, free parking at the venue!

WHAT SHOULD I KNOW ABOUT CAMPING ON SITE?
Answer
There is plenty of space for all guests who would like to camp on site to do so for free! Please check out our schedule page for more details on early arrival to tailgate our ceremony, and timing for pack up and departure. While we will be serving dinner, a light breakfast, and plenty of beverages, please feel free to bring a cooler for anything you might want - there's no limit to bringing outside food and drink on site. If you would like access to a RV hookup, please reach out to us to let us know!

CAN I TAKE AND POST PICTURES OF THE WEDDING ON SOCIAL MEDIA?

Yes, please feel free to take photos and post throughout the night.

WILL FOOD AND DRINKS BE SERVED AT THE RECEPTION?
Answer
Yes and yes! There will be plenty of food and drinks on site, including a light array of breakfast options on Monday morning.

WILL THERE BE ANY VEGAN / VEGETARIAN / GLUTEN FREE / SPECIAL DIET OPTIONS?

We've done our best to select some food options that are appropriate for a range of diets, but can't make any promises in regards to specific options available.

WHAT TIME WILL THE RECEPTION END?
Answer
Never! But actually, the party will simply continue on as we transition to camping. We expect the more "formal" aspects of the reception to end around 11pm.
