The best time to book an airbnb would be as soon as possible! Jacksonville Beach is super airbnb-friendly, but there is still limited stock since it is a partially residential (and popular) area.

If you plan to stay at any of our recommended accommodations, we would also recommend booking as soon as you can. We recommended fairly popular spots. However, if these book up, there are plenty of other accommodations available in the Beaches area.

Hot! September is a bit cooler than the dead of summer, but the highs will be in the upper 80's. However, the nights at the beach cool down significantly, so not to worry.
